DC Films president Walter Hamada reportedly has stepped down from his position at Warner Bros. after 15 years at the company.
Walter Hamada served as the head of DC Films for the past four years, leaving a legacy of questionable decisions for the DC Extended Universe.
Hamada served as executive producer for films such as Aquaman, Shazam!, Joker, Birds of Prey, Wonder Woman 1984, The Suicide Squad, and The Batman.
Walter Hamada will also still be credited as executive producer for Black Adam and the 2023 slate of DCEU movies.
The DC Films president was ready to leave after the HBO Max Batgirl was cancelled so close to the $90 million production's release.
Black Adam flies into theaters October 21. In 2023, Shazam! Fury of the Gods releases on March 17, The Flash on June 23, Blue Beetle on August 18, and Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom
